Interior Health is looking for an experienced registered nurse to enhance our Long-term Care team. This permanent part-time position involves providing nursing care and supporting patient quality of life through collaboration with other healthcare providers. You will work flexible shifts, promoting well-being and advancing clinical competence while engaging in evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to Long-term Care patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient support
• Enhance patient and family quality of life
• Maintain and advance clinical competence continually
• Participate in committees and approved research projects
Requirements:
• Experience in nursing, preferably in long-term care
• Reliable and flexible approach to patient care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
• Availability for rotating shifts from 07:00 to 07:00
