Position: Experienced Licensed Practical Nurse Needed
Step into a rewarding role as a Licensed Practical Nurse in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Lead client care delivery while mentoring other healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.

Our private home care center is looking for skilled LPNs to join our team. In this position, you’ll administer medications, record vital signs, and perform patient assessments. Further, you'll foster an environment of client independence and efficacy through guided support and detailed documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer dressings and provide essential treatments

• Accurately take and document patient vital signs

• Effectively administer medications and necessary injections

• Continuously monitor and assess patient symptoms

• Support staff evaluation and supervision efforts

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant LPN experience required

• Current registration with CLPNNL or equivalent

• Experience in Palliative/Hospice care is preferred

• Familiarity with senior independent living is a plus

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification needed
