West Coast Seniors Housing Management is looking for a qualified individual to fill this leadership role. Your tasks include supervising nursing care, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with care regulations. You will regularly communicate with families and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and mentor care staff for resident-focused care

• Conduct audits and implement improvements in care quality

• Engage with physicians and families during care updates

• Participate in staff hiring and performance evaluations

• Keep resident care plans updated and compliant

Requirements:

• Current Nurse registration with BCCNM

• Degree in nursing with relevant experience

• Minimum three years in healthcare management

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
