Interior Health is looking for an experienced nurse eager to work in the Multi-System ICU of Kelowna General Hospital. This permanent position offers the opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while delivering specialized care to patients. Typical shifts are 11.25 hours, covering both days and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate client health needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care
• Deliver client-centered care in critical situations
• Utilize nursing science and humanities in practice
• Respond to dynamic healthcare challenges
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Experience in a critical care setting
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (BCLS)
• Flexibility to work varying shifts
