This Relief Full Time position will enhance the quality of patient care in a vibrant hospital setting. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in emergency care, demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver compassionate care and maintain your clinical competence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to emergency patients independently and collaboratively
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for quality patient outcomes
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice in daily nursing
• Maintain and advance clinical skills continuously
• Participate in hospital committees and research projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Advanced ED clinical specialty preparation or relevant experience
• Certification in CPR within the last 3 years
