Join Interior Health as a Sexual and Reproductive Health Registered Nurse located in Keremeos, BC. This role promises a rewarding experience in sexual health care and patient support.
Interior Health is seeking an energetic and skilled nurse to deliver sexual and reproductive health services. Key tasks include performing STBBI screenings, contraceptive care, and offering supportive, inclusive nursing practices. You will actively engage with clients to ensure access to health resources, applying principles of health equity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer STBBI screening and treatment
• Provide pelvic exams and gender affirming care
• Educate clients on sexual health options
• Offer holistic and culturally safe care
• Partner with other healthcare services
Requirements:
• Valid BC Driver’s License for required travel
• Proven nursing experience in reproductive health
• Understanding of social determinants of health
• Ability to provide trauma-informed care
• Flexible for part-time hours until March 2027
