Become a pivotal figure in senior care at Sienna Senior Living as a Registered Nurse, providing essential nursing and personal care to residents. This position focuses on quality service and teamwork.
As a Registered Nurse under the Director of Care, you will assess resident needs and implement personalized care plans.
Your role will include medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with residents and their families to ensure a high quality of life. Engage in leadership opportunities and educational training to enhance team skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess resident needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide nursing supervision and support interdisciplinary teams
• Engage with families to communicate care plans
• Teach and guide junior nursing staff as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered Nurse certification from Ontario or BC
• Deep understanding of geriatric nursing practices
• Effective English communication skills
• Skilled in administrative duties and software applications
