At Baptist Housing, you will help seniors experience life well in supportive communities. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, person‑centred care and fostering strong relationships within the team and the broader community.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you are a key leader in delivering high‑quality care. Your responsibilities include:

Deliver high‑quality nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards

Conduct assessments, administer medications, and manage complex health conditions

Develop and implement person‑centred care plans

Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members

Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Participate in quality improvement and ensure health and safety compliance

Model Baptist Housing’s ministry values and practice servant leadership

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree

In good standing with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM) or eligible for membership

Current First Aid Certificate

Food Safe Certificate

Experience as a nurse in a long‑term care environment, preferably

Compensation & Benefits
Level 3 RNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $41.42 to $55.91 as outlined in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
