As a central member of the Emergency Overflow department, you will assume vital responsibilities such as assessing and coordinating patient care. This dynamic role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered, adapting to fluctuations in healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for clients
• Work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
• Ensure delivery of comprehensive, client-centered care
• Utilize extensive nursing knowledge and science
• Engage in rotating day and night shifts
Requirements:
• Approved Nursing School graduate
• Active registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Strong background in emergency or critical care is a plus
• Reliable and motivated work ethic
• Ability to perform in a dynamic clinical environment
