You will provide essential patient care, collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include client assessment and implementation of care plans in response to changing health needs. Emphasis will be placed on applying your nursing knowledge and skills to ensure high-quality, client-centered care for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Deliver client-centered care to diverse patients
• Utilize a specialized body of nursing knowledge
• Support families in responding to health changes
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Advanced ED clinical specialty training or equivalent
• CPR certification within the last 3 years
• BCLS certification within the last 3 years
