This full-time relief position will last until October 30th, 2026, or until the incumbent returns. You will provide nursing care for day surgery patients, working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Key aspects of the role include maintaining clinical competence and participating in hospital committees and research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to day surgery patients
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for improved patient outcomes
• Demonstrate evidence-based nursing practices
• Maintain and advance personal clinical skills
• Participate in designated committees and research projects
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse license for British Columbia
• Experience in nursing care and patient advocacy
• Commitment to continuous improvement in practice
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and evenings
• Interest in team-based healthcare and quality of care
