Join our compassionate team of Licensed Practical Nurses at Baptist Housing’s beautiful Smith Creek Village. In this role, you will deliver person‑centred care, work with a dedicated team, and improve residents’ quality of life.

• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive care and support for complex cases.
• Administer medications, conduct assessments, and create individualized care plans for residents.
• Promote wellness through innovative programs that enhance physical and emotional well‑being.
• Maintain accurate records using Point‑Click Care and EMAR to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Lead by example, demonstrating our ministry values and servant leadership principles to build trust and positive relationships.

• Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
• Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
• Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.
• Experience in long‑term care or assisted living preferred.
• Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend.

You are a dedicated LPN whose approach to care is defined by compassion and empathy. You communicate clearly, remain calm under stress, and tailor care strategies to meet residents’ needs. You are a respected team member who brings a sense of humor and a welcoming spirit to the care environment.

Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 to $41.35, as detailed in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
