Location: Penticton
Become a critical member of Interior Health's ICU team as a Registered Nurse at Penticton Regional Hospital, known for its exceptional care for critically ill patients. This Relief Full Time position involves both independent nursing and teamwork to ensure optimal patient care.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in our Intensive Care Unit. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining patient care standards, contributing to multidisciplinary collaboration, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Engage in ongoing education and support research efforts within the hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients
• Collaborate and consult with healthcare providers for quality enhancement
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in nursing practice
• Maintain and enhance your clinical competence regularly
• Participate in designated committees and research projects
Requirements:
• Graduation as a Registered Nurse with registration from BCCNM
• Experience or advanced training in critical care nursing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 3 years
