Become a Licensed Practical Nurse at Age Care's Brandt's Creek Mews in Kelowna. Provide compassionate, resident-focused care while working within a supportive healthcare community.
Age Care is seeking a dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care under the guidance of the Director of Care. You'll be involved in patient assessments, care plans, and the administration of medications.
Your role will significantly impact the residents’ quality of life through compassionate and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out thorough clinical assessments and care documentation
• Develop and assess effectiveness of care/service plans
• Schedule and participate in resident care conferences
• Administer treatments and medications as per regulations
• Foster communication within the inter-professional care team
Requirements:
• Current Practical Nurse Diploma with registration in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years in seniors' healthcare
• CPR certification and computer skills required
• Exhibits leadership and commitment to teamwork
