In this relief full-time role, you will engage with critically ill patients and their families, ensuring exceptional client-centered care within a collaborative team. Your background in advanced cardiac nursing will be essential in navigating patient assessments, care plans, and implementation while fostering an environment of support and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and care planning for cardiac patients
• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Adjust care strategies based on patient health changes
• Base nursing practice on evidence and specialized knowledge
• Work rotating shifts, including days and nights
Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Registered with the BCCNM
• One year of recent critical care experience in relevant settings
• BCLS certification obtained within three years
• Completion of KGH Cardiac Course or equivalent
