Position: Full Time Registered Nurse
Join Age Care Brandt's Creek Mews as a Full Time Registered Nurse in Kelowna, BC, providing critical care and support to residents. Collaborate with the care team to enhance resident safety and quality of care.

In this Full Time role, you will report to the Director of Care, focusing on individual resident needs within your competency. Your experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing will help you promote a culture of respect and safety. You will also ensure all documentation meets Age Care policies and provincial standards, while fostering teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing services for residents within the community

• Lead shift reports for effective team communication

• Record significant changes in residents’ conditions

• Review and implement physician orders promptly

• Ensure adherence to Age Care policies and nursing standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Registered with provincial nursing college

• Knowledge of relevant nursing acts and standards

• Background in geriatric or long-term care

• Good standing in provincial registry
