This casual position provides the flexibility of working hours based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and implement care plans

• Provide oral and injection medications as prescribed

• Operate within BCCNM scope and guidelines

• Collaborate with the healthcare team for quality patient care

• Engage in ongoing skills development within the unit

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse credential in British Columbia

• Prior nursing experience in a surgical context

• Understanding of relevant healthcare policies

• Ability to communicate effectively within a team

• Openness to shift work including nights and weekends
