You will coordinate services with various community-based agencies while working both independently and in a multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services in communicable disease prevention
• Deliver health education and promotion to diverse populations
• Conduct assessments and manage chronic disease
• Collaborate with community services for comprehensive care
• Facilitate outreach and clinic services for high-risk groups
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Current BCCNM registration
• Certification in Reproductive Health (STIs)
• Two years of relevant nursing experience
• Valid BC Driver’s License required
