In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care in the Operating Room. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and chart reviews

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care strategies

• Educate patients and their families on care practices

• Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust plans accordingly

• Facilitate teamwork and clinical knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in good standing with BCCNM

• Completion of operating room course or equivalent experience

• Two years’ recent nursing experience in a similar role

• Demonstrated clinical leadership and CPR competency

• Dedication to personal and professional growth in nursing
