About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Smith Creek Village community you will provide team leadership, develop care plans, assess unstable residents, and execute various nursing interventions, including medication administration, treatment, and patient transfers.

  • Deliver high‑quality nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards
  • Conduct assessments, administer medications, and manage complex health conditions
  • Develop and implement person‑centred care plans
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in quality improvement and ensure health and safety compliance
  • Model Baptist Housing’s ministry values and practice servant leadership
  • Work in a vibrant and scenic community in Kelowna, located in the Okanagan Valley
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
  • A member in good standing or eligible for membership with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Experience as a nurse in a long‑term care environment, preferably

Level 3 RNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $41.42 to $55.91 as outlined in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
