This position is vital in enhancing the Team Member Experience. As an LPN, your responsibilities include providing nursing care, safeguarding medications, and fostering a safe, respectful environment. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs and other healthcare professionals to optimize resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care per physician's orders and resident plans

• Manage the safekeeping of medications and narcotics

• Create a dignified and comfortable environment for residents

• Monitor resident progress and report changes to RNs

• Assist in gathering data during admissions and assessments

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing

• Current LPN registration with College of Nurses BC

• RAI MDS certification completion

• Current First Aid with CPR certification

• Clean Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records Checks
