Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care following resident care plans

• Ensure safety protocols are observed for medications

• Enhance residents' lifestyle through supportive practices

• Report changes in residents’ conditions to RNs

• Document assessments and care priorities for each resident

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing

• Valid LPN registration in British Columbia

• Successful RAI MDS certification completion

• First Aid with CPR certification required

• Passing background checks for Ontario/British Columbia
