Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications within LPN scope
• Monitor and report resident health status

• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely
• Respond to clinical needs across shifts
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care
• Proficient in medication administration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
