This position involves comprehensive nursing responsibilities, including client assessment, planning, and collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team to foster family-centered care. You will engage in a variety of clinical tasks while focusing on the health and well-being of both mothers and newborns, ensuring that each family receives personalized attention and expert nursing care based on the latest evidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client health needs and develop care strategies
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Evaluate and implement effective nursing care plans
• Provide education and support to clients and families
• Uphold standards of care through nursing science
Requirements:
• Valid registration with BCCNM
• Advanced training in perinatal nursing
• Fetal Health Surveillance certification
• Recent Neonatal Resuscitation training
• Current CPR certification
