As an LPN at Verve Senior Living, you will be key in nurturing the independence of seniors by offering exceptional care. Under the direction of the Health & Wellness Manager, you will collaborate to develop personalized plans that address the health and wellness needs of residents, enriching their everyday lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized care based on resident assessments
• Supervise daily care from attendants and other staff
• Maintain accurate medication and treatment documentation
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents
• Facilitate effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license with BCCN&M registration
• Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
• Strong interpersonal skills for resident interaction
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Previous LPN experience is an asset
