As a pivotal member of the Baptist Housing team, your responsibilities will include delivering compassionate care and conducting health assessments. You'll manage medications, create care plans, and mentor other staff. Building strong connections with residents and their families is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care in line with BCCNM regulations
• Administer medications and perform health assessments
• Create and execute person-centred care plans
• Mentor team members and foster supportive relationships
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
• Good standing or eligibility with BCCNM
• Valid First Aid and Food Safe Certificates
• Preferably experience in long-term care nursing
