Interior Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to enhance patient care in the Cardiac Inpatient 2S Team at Kelowna General Hospital, BC. Bring your expertise in cardiac nursing to a supportive and inclusive team.
This full-time relief RN role within the Cardiac Inpatient unit offers a chance to assess and implement client-centered care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while ensuring the well-being of patients responds to their evolving health needs. Your nursing practice will be based on strong scientific knowledge and commitment to quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams effectively
• Deliver client-centered care addressing individual health needs
• Use specialized knowledge in nursing science for practice
• Maintain flexibility in working various shifts, day and night
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Basic Cardiac Course completion within six months
• BCLS certification within last three years
• Cardiac Surgery Basic Theory Course completion needed
