Become an integral part of the healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Boundary Hospital in Grand Forks, BC. This dynamic role demands flexibility, reliability, and a passion for patient care.
Interior Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide personal and nursing care to patients within a multidisciplinary team. Your skills will be utilized in assessments, medication administration, and collaborating in a busy community hospital environment. As a permanent part-time position, you will work rotating shifts from 08:00 to 20:00 and 20:00 to 08:00 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and implement nursing care plans
• Administer medications according to policies
• Adhere to practice standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Engage in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Practical Nurse program
• Current BCCNM licensure for Practice
• Valid CPR certification required
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
