As an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide personal and nursing care. This role includes medication administration and operating within the full scope of practice according to BCCNM guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer oral and injectable medications per protocols
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for patient care

Requirements:
• Current LPN license in British Columbia
• Experience in a medical environment preferred
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
