Join the Interior Health Critical Care Outreach team in a part-time role. You will provide vital clinical support, using advanced nursing skills and knowledge to enhance patient outcomes in both adult and pediatric care. This position allows for flexible shifts, ensuring work-life balance while contributing to a crucial service area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide site-wide nursing support to enhance patient outcomes
• Share information and role model best practices for nursing teams
• Participate in direct patient care for adults and pediatrics
• Recommend skill enhancement opportunities for nursing staff
• Follow established standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Minimum three years of ICU experience at a tertiary level
• Completion of Critical Care Nursing Graduate Certificate
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Certification in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
