We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a contract basis in Kelowna, BC. As a Local LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents and patients within a supportive healthcare setting. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, standards, and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
Assist with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living
Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
QualificationsCurrent registration and in good standing with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and currently reside in or near Kelowna, BC
Rate: 45/hr
