Client Service Representative​/Veterinary Reception

Pawsitive Veterinary Care is hiring for a Client Care Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) with a love of animals, a passion for people, and an interest in medicine, growth opportunities, and team dynamics. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, computer skills, customer service experience, and animal and/or medical experience. The role includes the following duties:

• Assisting veterinarians and client with appointments
• Organizing, scheduling, and task management
• Client communications through phones and electronics
• Maintaining veterinary medical records
• Maintaining a clean hospital environment
• Interacting and handling people's pets with love and attention
• Social media management

5 days/week full-time

• Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
• Wednesday: 9am - 5:30pm
• Thursday: 9am - 5:30pm
• Friday: 9am - 5pm
• Saturday: 9am - 4pm
• Daily lunch breaks with flexibility, minimum 30 minutes up to 1 hour.

Benefits accessible after 3 month probationary period.

$18.25 - $20 an hour
