Factors Farms is seeking a Seasonal Farm Worker to manage agricultural tasks at our certified organic farmland. This role involves seeding in greenhouses, planting seedlings, and taking care of weeding and fertilizing. Join us in enhancing the wellbeing of our community by contributing to our nutritional health products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seed plants in the greenhouse for optimal growth

• Plant seedlings in Kelowna and Armstrong farms

• Water and cultivate crops using irrigation systems

• Install irrigation and lay down weed control fabric

• Load trucks for delivery of healthy crops

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lifting up to 30kgs

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to take direction

• Capacity to work independently as required

• Experience with farming equipment is an asset

• Ability to adapt to varying weather conditions
