Lead quality management initiatives as Wildstone's Quality Control Manager in Penticton, Kelowna, or Whitehorse. Enhance project practices while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
In the role of Quality Control Manager, you will spearhead the development of a company-wide project quality management program. Your leadership will empower teams to adhere to the highest safety and quality specifications. At Wildstone, you will work in exciting locations while driving continuous improvement and achieving outstanding project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage guidelines for quality program execution
• Coach teams and monitor workmanship consistently
• Implement regular quality assurance and safety inspections
• Establish a comprehensive reporting process for stakeholders
• Communicate results and improvements to executive management
Requirements:
• Experience building comprehensive quality management systems
• Proven expertise in managing ICI project quality
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and certification
• Strong risk management planning capabilities
• Ability to develop and implement continuous improvement plans
