Location: West Kelowna
** The successful candidate can expect to work 32 - 40 hours per week and must be available for both AM and PM shift times on weekdays and weekends**
Cash Team Leader
The Cash Team Leader is responsible for helping lead the team through living and promoting our five core values as well as maintaining day to day operations within the department. This role is responsible for delegating tasks, ensuring outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team environment. The Cash Team Leader will work alongside with and report to the Cash Manager.

Mon – Sat 8:00am – 8:00pm
Sun 9:00am – 7:00pm

The Cash Team Leader is responsible for the daily operations of the cash registers and for the store cashiers.You will provide excellent customer service at all times.You will learn and memorize all produce codesResponsible for ensuring all equipment is ready for use and cash areas are presentable at all times.Train new staff and support new Cashier Team MembersMaintain awareness of the number of customers in line and call for additional cashiers when needed and assistance from specific departments when necessaryManage all aspects of the front end: customer concerns, ensuring cashiers give optimal customer service, and performance management as neededOffice Admin functionsFinancial controls and cash reconciliationProvide additional support to the Cash Manager as requiredREQUIREMENTS
:
