Position Responsibilities Greeting and assisting customers in‑store
Performing pool and spa water testing
Understanding and assisting customers with basic water chemistry
Processing customer payments through the till
Answering phones and assisting with general inquiries
Completing light administrative duties and paperwork
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the showroom and store
Assisting the team with day‑to‑day operations as needed
Qualifications Previous admin experience is a must
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and point‑of‑sale systems
Ability to multitask and work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous pool/spa knowledge is considered an asset
Position Details Part‑time seasonal position to start; opportunity for full‑time employment. Flexible scheduling available. Training provided.
