As a Part Time Service Team Member, you will assist customers with store navigation and promote our rewards program. Key tasks include supporting omni-channel sales, unloading merchandise, and maintaining the store’s organization.
Your role will be pivotal in delivering fast and friendly service throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help customers find products and provide shopping solutions
• Conduct fast and friendly checkout services, ensuring accuracy
• Engage customers in our Rewards program and credit offerings
• Assist with unloading and organizing stock in the store
• Follow company standards for recovery and merchandise maintenance
Requirements:
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items
• Some cross-training in custom framing may be required
• Candidates must be at least 16 years old
• Strict adherence to policies and customer service standards
