Join Aerie in Kelowna as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing our AE & Aerie brands. This part time role requires you to create engaging shopping experiences.
Your mission in this role is to connect with customers and embody the essence of Aerie. By utilizing the AEO Selling Model, you will share product details and introduce loyalty programs that enhance customer experiences. Flexibility is key, as you will adapt to various store roles as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using AEO Selling Model techniques

• Share in-depth product knowledge about AE & Aerie

• Introduce AEO loyalty programs to guests

• Flexibly cover Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and more

• Resolve guest issues while adhering to policies
Requirements:

• Enjoy interacting with a variety of customers

• Energetic multitasker with previous retail experience

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passionate about AE and Aerie merchandise

• Must be at least 16 years old
