Location: Penticton
Become a key player in Canadian retail as a Personal Shopper at Real Canadian Superstore. This role enables you to fulfill customer orders with an emphasis on quality and accuracy.
As a Personal Shopper, your main responsibility is to assist with e-commerce orders by selecting and processing items correctly. You will engage with customers to ensure their needs are met while navigating a busy environment. Flexibility in your scheduling is essential, along with the ability to lift products during shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries related to their online orders
• Accurately shop for and fulfill e-commerce orders
• Process payments efficiently at checkout
• Confirm order details by communicating with customers
• Maintain a clean and welcoming shopping space
Requirements:
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as required
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
• No experience necessary; on-the-job training provided
• Age requirement: 18+ for background checks
