Associates are responsible for ensuring that customers receive an amazing service experience with our beer. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed. You will be the face of Neighbourhood and to be successful as a Tasting Room Associate, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent people skills. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and advance their skills.

• Provide customers outstanding service while serving them our awesome beer.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while staying upbeat and positive.
• Be a product expert on all Neighbourhood beers.
• Clean and tidy the tasting room areas during and after each shift.
• Clean and tidy our patio area.
• Effectively run a POS system.
• High five team members for a job well done.
• Special jobs that pop up from time to time.

• Love craft beer.
• Serving it right.
• Ability to lift an 80-175 pound keg.
