In this role, you'll provide essential support to the management team while managing store operations and staff tasks. The position requires at least one year of relevant retail experience, particularly in a leadership capacity. Your core duties will involve customer interaction, inventory management, and ensuring safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist management with daily retail operations
• Box and unbox shipments each day
• Stock shelves with daily products efficiently
• Climb ladders as necessary to access products
• Help resolve customer issues effectively
Requirements:
• One year of experience in the retail industry
• At least one year of supervisory experience required
• Flexible availability for store shifts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment
