Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the execution of innovative business strategies
• Manage the Wine Shop and tasting experience operations
• Host special events and VIP client experiences
• Recruit and mentor retail and experience team members
• Manage all aspects of the store's operational needs
Requirements:
• 2+ years in supervisory or managerial roles
• 3-5 years within the hospitality or restaurant industry
• WSET and wine knowledge preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
Drive exceptional service and memorable wine experiences while achieving ambitious financial objectives in a unique winery atmosphere.
