As a Beauty Merchandiser, you will be responsible for optimal inventory management, stylish product placement, and achieving set sales targets. With your knowledge of the cosmetics market, you'll ensure that products are displayed in a shoppable manner, attracting customers and fulfilling their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use PDT and MMS Systems to facilitate daily tasks

• Manage product returns and image standards in store

• Ensure displays meet consumer needs and store policies

• Achieve daily sales objectives through effective merchandising

• Provide customer assistance and demonstrate product knowledge
Requirements:

• Basic skills in computer and cash operations

• Organized with a keen attention to detail

• Capability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
