Key Responsibilities:
• Aid Store Manager in operational oversight
• Help merchandise and manage daily shipments
• Resolve customer complaints effectively
• Provide training and coaching for employees
• Oversee cash management and store duties
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in retail
• Supervisory experience for at least two years
• Open availability including weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
