Part-Time Senior Brand Ambassador at AEO

Elevate the shopping experience as a Part-Time Senior Brand Ambassador at American Eagle. You'll engage with every guest, embodying our brand values and building loyalty with each interaction.

In this role, you'll represent American Eagle while using the AEO Selling Model to connect with customers. Your passion for AE and Aerie products will allow you to make personalized product recommendations and educate guests on the AEO loyalty program. Flexibility is key as you assist in various store areas, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Make product suggestions tailored to customer needs

• Introduce AEO loyalty and brand channels effectively

• Flexibly support Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy

Requirements:

• Retail experience preferred

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Passion for AE and Aerie products

• Strong multi-tasking and people interaction skills
