Job Description
As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards.
Your role includes executing effective floorsets, updating marketing and merchandising, and maintaining a guest‑ready store through timely replenishment.
Your Responsibilities
Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store is representative of AEO Brand Standards.
Lead floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet floorset standards.
Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership for plan execution.
Ensure the merchandising team prioritizes the guest experience, fostering a culture of recognition and celebrating wins.
Maintain store and stockroom safety standards, implement shrink‑reduction strategies, and adhere to AEO policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for merchandising and strong visual skills.
Attention to detail, strong organization, and time‑management ability.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Retail merchandising experience and a history of retail work.
