Take charge as an Experienced Retail Store Supervisor, leading a team and driving sales success in a dynamic retail environment. Your focus will be on staff training, inventory control, and customer service.

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will bring 1-2 years of supervisory experience to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of a retail store. You will assign duties to sales staff, manage cash processes, and authorize both payments and returns. Your responsibility also includes preparing sales reports and resolving any customer complaints to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate retail staff activities

• Sell products while maintaining customer satisfaction

• Authorize merchandise returns as needed

• Maintain organized inventory and supplies

• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years related supervisory experience

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Commitment to 40 hours of work per week
