Become a Grocery Cash Team Leader with us, working 32-40 flexible hours weekly. Champion customer service while leading a dedicated cash team and nurturing positive dynamics.
In this role, you will lead our cash department, ensuring smooth daily operations while embodying our five core values. Your effective leadership and interpersonal skills will be pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and training new staff members. The role emphasizes an eagerness to contribute to a team that values organic food and natural medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of cash registers and supervise cashiers
• Deliver excellent customer service consistently
• Train and support new Cashier Team Members
• Ensure cash areas are organized and presentable
• Address customer concerns and staffing needs proactively
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a cashier
• Supervisory or management experience required
• Relevant educational background is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to supporting a positive work environment
