As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be integral in supporting the Store Manager and District Store Manager. Your leadership will foster a fashion-focused team, from recruiting to ongoing training and performance reviews. Compliance with policies and maintaining brand presentation through visual marketing are critical aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in building a collaborative and engaged team
• Deliver training and performance feedback regularly
• Enforce compliance with store policies and guidelines
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve potential
Requirements:
• Must possess a High School Diploma
• Minimum of 1 year leadership experience required
• Proven customer service and motivational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Capable of flexible work hours and lifting up to 16kg
