Full‑time, permanent. Monday to Friday.

• Work with customers, answering telephone inquiries.
• Maintain product price points and identity tickets on shelf displays and hooks.
• Handle customer complaints in a positive and constructive manner.
• Approve returns and issue credit memos for returned goods.
• Identify defective products and apply return goods tags.
• Keep merchandise displays fresh, attractive, and properly tagged.
• Become familiar with all products sold in the department.
• Attend all training courses as requested by management (store procedures, safety, products, etc.).
• Be fully knowledgeable about company policy and procedures.
• Be friendly, courteous, and helpful to all customers and staff.
• Be prepared to work in other departments as required or requested by the Manager.

• Physically fit and able to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player.
• Attention to detail.

• Extended medical and dental coverage (after 3 months).
• MSP coverage (after 3 months).
• RRSP matching.
• Support with additional training.
